Our Pastoral Staff is not always aware that a member has gone into a hospital or a nursing or rehabilitation facility, or whether that person is willing or able to have visitors. Therefore, we sometimes must rely on family members to let us know that one of our members would like to have a pastoral call or visit from one of the pastors.
If you or a family member would like to have a Pastoral Call or Visit, complete the form below and someone from the church office will contact you. Note that requests that are received after office hours or on days when our Administrative Assistant is out of the office may not be processed until she returns.
